Europeans should get alert now and must think once before planning a baby lol. Nothing much to fear about but you can say there is good news for the European parents. The children who will come to this world after May 2014 they will have a micro chip fitted in their arm. It will work as a GPS. These chips will work with the battery which will get changed from any nearby clinic after 2 years.
These chips will be directed straight towards the satellite. This will be an advanced step. These will be essential for every single child. But it will be conformational and working till December 2016.
